Whatever musical genre they make or create in, an AYM Award provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Financial help<\/li><li>Opportunities,&nbsp;events and advice<\/li><li>A UK-wide musical community<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Young musicians hoping to join the programme and access funding from January 2022 should apply by the end of November. If you\u2019re supporting a young person to apply for an Award, now would be a great time to remind them to complete their application here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smex-ctp.trendmicro.com:443\/wis\/clicktime\/v1\/query?url=http%3a%2f%2fwww.a%2dy%2dm.org.uk%2fapply&amp;umid=56c86de7-8853-4783-bb92-94e5f1e9d02c&amp;auth=438558d5329f5814a0a31cfd8e89073841978136-5e6fbdf67e6416d6152be3998076f5852f7575da\">www.a-y-m.org.uk\/apply<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Award winners will receive between \u00a3100 and \u00a32,000 towards their musical costs and access our programme of opportunities. We\u2019ve some exciting plans for 2022, including:<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Regular online events, including&nbsp;creative workshops,&nbsp;careers, fundraising and other&nbsp;advice&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Q and&nbsp;As&nbsp;with professional&nbsp;performers, composers, producers, songwriters and&nbsp;music leaders,&nbsp;and more!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In-person&nbsp;music making,&nbsp;including our&nbsp;2022 Awards Day&nbsp;and other get togethers&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mentoring programmes&nbsp;with some exciting music industry partners&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performance&nbsp;and composing&nbsp;opportunities<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Awards programme is means tested and open to young musicians age 5-17.
